Hey Professor, what about Brazil?

Andrew Wedeman is a professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has studied China’s corruption for a decade and a half. He told WSJ that “growth rates in China rose well above the global average even as corruption intensified.

According to his chart below, he may be right in his statement… which poses our question: where’s Waldo? I mean, where’s Brazil? We believe it should be somewhere in the red oval line…
